The below photo features the Grateful Dead “Denim Print” 100% cotton lounge pant concept that I had proposed and designed during my career at MJC International Group.

The elements that make up the print is a combination of high resolution photographs of my favorite pair of jeans and the licensor’s graphics.

Our first delivery of 80,000 units sparked a huge demand from our licensors to apply this concept to a large list of licenses such as Jack Daniel’s, Corona, Coors, Guinness, ACDC, Peanuts, and more. The following deliveries were sold at Fred Meyer, Walmart, JC Penny, and Kohl's to name a few, and remain a top seller in department stores.

The lounge pants appeared in the below 2006 Issue of The New York Times shortly after the first delivery to retail stores; modeled by Norman Greenbaum; creator of the 1969 hit song, Spirit In The Sky.
